This policy explains what Vehicle AI collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the mobile app and the services behind it.
Your account
You can browse the app without an account. Signing in is required only to generate renders, buy or spend credits, and take part in the community.
You sign in with Apple or Google. We receive an account identifier from that provider and store it as your user ID. We never receive or store your password. If you use Sign in with Apple you may choose to hide your email address, and the app works normally if you do.
We generate a random display name for you (for example "user_7fk2p9qa"). You can change it. That name is shown next to anything you post publicly.
Photos you upload
To create a render you upload photos of yourself and, optionally, a vehicle. These are sent to our processing service and on to the AI providers that generate the result. They are used only to produce the render you asked for.
Your source photos are not published anywhere and are not shown to other users. Only a finished render becomes visible to others, and only if you choose to share it to the community.
Please upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or photos of children.
AI processing
Renders are produced by third-party AI models. Images are generated using Google's Gemini API, and videos through OpenRouter, which routes the request to the video model. Your photos and the text prompt you write are sent to these providers so they can produce the output, and are handled under their own terms.
Finished renders are stored on Cloudflare R2 so they remain available in your garage across devices.
What we store
Your profile: user ID, display name, credit balance and your car or motorbike preference.
Your garage: the renders you have generated, together with the vehicle, colour and prompt used to make them.
Community activity: posts, comments, replies, likes and blocks.
Moderation records: reports you file, so they can be reviewed.
Purchase and reward records: enough to credit your account correctly and to prevent the same purchase or ad reward being counted twice.
Purchases
Credits are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your card details.
Advertising
You can earn credits by watching rewarded ads, served by Google AdMob. Whether an ad was genuinely watched is verified server-side before credits are granted. Ads are optional; nothing in the app requires you to watch one.
On iOS, we ask for permission before allowing access to the device advertising identifier. If you allow it, AdMob may use that identifier to provide more relevant ads and measure advertising performance. If you decline, ads can still be shown without that identifier. You can change this choice in iOS Settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the app: the AI providers that generate renders, our hosting and storage providers, the app stores for purchases, and AdMob for rewarded ads.
If you share a render to Instagram or another app, that share is handled by the app you send it to, under its own policy.
Your choices
You can delete any render from your garage, and delete your own posts and comments at any time.
You can block another user so their posts stop appearing for you, and report content you believe breaks the rules.
You can sign out at any time. Your credits and garage stay with your account and come back when you sign in again.
You can delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, garage, posts, comments and the images and videos stored for them, and it cannot be undone. Any remaining credits are lost and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Children
Vehicle AI is not intended for children. Do not use the app if you are under the age required in your country to agree to this policy.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that materially affects you, we will update it here and change the date above.
